What this policy covers

This policy explains what information Safeline Capital collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do — and will never do — with it. It applies to safelinecapital.com and to the funding inquiry and email preference forms on it.

Information you give us

The only personal information we collect is what you type into our forms. The funding application asks for:

  • Your full name and phone number
  • Your business name and work email address
  • Your approximate monthly revenue range and desired funding amount
  • An optional note describing what the funding is for

The email preference form asks only for the email address you want removed from our communications.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: responding to your funding inquiry. Concretely, that means a Safeline advisor reviews your submission, contacts you to discuss it, and — with your knowledge — presents it to the third-party funding partners in our network whose criteria match your business, so they can extend offers to you. That presentation to funding partners is inherent to what a brokerage does and is the reason you contacted us.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any price.
  • We do not rent, trade, or share your information with marketers or data brokers.
  • We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to your funding inquiry.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives standard web request data (such as your IP address) when the font files load. Beyond that, browsing this site leaves no trail with us — we learn nothing about you until you choose to submit a form.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, comply with legal obligations, and maintain accurate business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless a legal requirement obliges us to keep it.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to correct, delete, or stop using the information you submitted, or to stop emailing you. Use the email preferences page for email removal, or write to us at {{EMAIL}} for anything else. We honor removal requests without argument.

Security

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to submitted information is limited to the people who need it to respond to your inquiry.

Children

This site offers commercial financing services to business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply going forward, not retroactively.
